Have you ever thought about your LOVE frequency? I haven’t until today.
According to The Frequency of LOVE | Solfeggio 528 Hz on YouTube – “More than any sound previously discovered, the “LOVE frequency” resonates at the heart of everything. I have to admit, when asked the question, I kind of felt stumped, and yet somehow it also resonated with me. Do I have a love frequency? I try my best to have love in my heart, vocabulary, and actions every day. But just as I am human, somedays I’m just not feeling it.
Frequency can be the repetitions of sound, movement, energy, or time. Love is a strong feeling or constant affection for another. There are levels of love. Storge – an empathy bond, Philia – a friendship bond, Eros – romantic love, and my personal favorite Agape – unconditional “God” love. (Corinthians 16:14: Do everything in love.) 1 Peter 4:8: Above all, love each other deeply because love covers over a multitude of sins. Take out the bible reference and just think about “Above all, love each other deeply” – just that is powerful.
By no means am I an expert on love, I can offer up I have had great opportunities to love. I feel blessed on so many levels for the struggles brought into my life that have given me the opportunity to CHOOSE love and I like to think that the frequency I release is felt by others. How often, I guess is to be determined by the receiver.
For me, love does resonate at the heart of everything, but for us humans it takes practice. A lot of practice. It has been my spiritual journey that has gotten me this far and has brought beautiful yet hard blessings into my life. At times I feel my love frequency is at an all-time high and at other times it can be low, but I will continue to be mindful of how I love. And I hope I have shown you love.
What is your love frequency today? If you had to give it a number between 1 and 10, 10 is an all-time high, what is yours? Today when asked this question I felt like I was at about a 6, but tonight after listening to the YouTube video as I write I am feeling it rise to an 8.
